If your product is damaged during shipping, please let us know right away. It would help if you could provide a couple of pictures of the damage. We will get a replacement product right out.
If you use something for a couple of weeks and decide the scent is not to your liking, that’s on you. We would be happy to suggest alternative products, but would not be able to accept your used bar of soap.
Any other issues, please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy. Keeping it clean, of course.
